* Yang style 32 sword forms

Yang Family Training
Julie and I now regularly train in Cambridge and Huntingdon with the Yang Family Group.
A good teacher always has a teacher! That's what I've always been told and it's been a fabulous experience to go and train with the Yang family group - we aim to continue this through 2026.
