Dhyana Magazine
All the way back in 2018 my little magazine for classes began as an A5 flimsy information booklet with a few added things that I found interesting - it turned out that other people found them interesting too.
Over the years it has developed further - because I love researching and learning new things. I thrive on forever moving forward and being a different person from yesterday.
Now it is a fully-fledged A4 magazine with glossy thick pages and each edition grows a little bit more.
Each edition gets people talking and I always get positive comments and that's what it's all about.
I have the magazine printed in black and white, as I think it adds to its uniqueness and helps it look more cohesive.
The magazine is bi-monthly and contains articles about Tai Chi, Qigong, meditation and other holistic health, puzzles, colouring pages and is centered around looking after yourself and your mental health. In a fast-paced and unstable world I think we need to ensure that we are spending time on ourselves.
It is free for people that attend my classes.
